FL 800 Series Flexo CTP Machine
The FL 800E and FL 800S are high-performance laser imaging systems designed for high-precision processing of digital flexographic and printing plates. With 4,000 dpi resolution and high-power semiconductor laser diode technology, they provide detailed and accurate plate imaging for professional prepress applications.
The FL 800E features a 16-channel laser system with an output speed of 1.25 m/h, while the FL 800S features a 32-channel laser system with an output speed of 2.5 m/h. Both systems support a maximum output size of 800 × 660 mm and plate thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 2.84 mm.
The systems are compatible with various plate types, including heat-resistant film, digital water-wash letterpress plates, digital water-wash flexographic plates, digital solvent-wash flexographic plates, and thermal PS plates. For thermal PS plates, the maximum plate thickness is 0.15 mm, and adhesive tape is required along three edges of the plate.
With autofocus adjustment, manual plate loading and unloading, and USB 2.0 connectivity, the FL 800E and FL 800S can be easily integrated into professional prepress workflows. Their robust design makes them suitable for label and trademark applications.
