FL 4835 Series Flexo CTP Machine
The FL 4835 series consists of external-drum laser imaging and engraving systems designed for high-precision processing of large-format flexographic plates. Featuring 1064 nm fiber laser technology, the systems provide high-resolution and accurate imaging performance across large working areas.
The FL 4835 S offers a resolution of 5080 dpi, compatible with 2540 dpi, while the FL 4835 F and FL 4835 C operate at 4000 dpi. Depending on the model and resolution configuration, production speeds reach up to 3.5–5 m/h.
With a maximum engraving area of 1200 × 1020 mm (48 × 35 inches) and a minimum working area of 200 × 200 mm, the systems support plate thicknesses ranging from 0.14 to 6.35 mm. They are compatible with various plate types, including thermal etched film, digital water-washable relief and flexographic plates, and digital solvent-based flexographic plates.
The FL 4835 series supports both automatic and manual plate loading, providing flexibility for different production environments. With an equipment weight of approximately 1.1 tons, a 380 V power supply, and approximately 6 kW total power consumption, the systems are designed for professional large-format prepress and plate production applications.
