FL 5080 Series Flexo CTP Machine
The FL 5080S, FL 5080F, and FL 5080C are external-drum laser imaging and engraving systems designed for high-precision processing of large-format flexographic plates. Featuring 1064 nm fiber laser technology, the systems provide high-resolution and accurate imaging performance for large-format plate production.
The FL 5080S offers 5080 dpi resolution and is compatible with 2540 dpi, while the FL 5080F and FL 5080C operate at 4000 dpi. Depending on the model and resolution configuration, production speeds reach 3.5–5 m/h.
With a maximum engraving area of 1270 × 2032 mm (50 × 80 inches) and a minimum working area of 200 × 200 mm, the systems support plate thicknesses from 0.14 to 6.35 mm. They are designed for digital thermal-sensitive flexographic plates.
The FL 5080 series supports both automatic and manual plate loading, making it suitable for demanding large-format production environments. With an equipment weight of approximately 1.5 tons, a 380 V power supply, and approximately 16 kW total power consumption, the systems are designed for professional flexographic prepress applications.
