FL 600E Flexo CTP Machine
The FL-600E(EM) and FL-600S(SM) are laser imaging systems designed for high-precision processing of digital flexographic and specialty printing plates. Featuring high-power semiconductor laser diode technology and 4,000 dpi resolution, they provide detailed and accurate plate imaging performance.
The FL-600E(EM) features a 16-channel laser system with an output speed of up to 1.25 m/h, while the FL-600S(SM) features a 32-channel laser system and reaches an output speed of up to 2.5 m/h. The systems support a maximum output size of 680 × 430 mm and plate thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 2.84 mm.
They are compatible with various plate types, including digital relief flexographic plates (water-wash), digital flexographic plates (water-wash), digital flexographic plates (solvent-wash), and heat-resistant films. The EM/SM series also supports thermal PS plates and steel-based digital plates that are washable with water or alcohol.
With autofocus adjustment, manual plate loading and unloading, and USB 2.0 connectivity, the systems can be easily integrated into professional prepress workflows. Their compact design and 470 kg net weight make them suitable for efficient operation in production environments.
