T800Q Series CTP Machine
T800QF / T800QV / T800QX CTP Systems
The T800QF, T800QV, and T800QX are external drum CTP systems designed for high-precision plate imaging and exposure. All three models feature an 830 nm laser imaging system, with maximum output speeds of 35, 45, and 55 plates per hour, respectively.
The systems support plate sizes from 400 × 300 mm up to 1163 × 940 mm and plate thicknesses from 0.15 to 0.30 mm. Standard resolution options include 2,400/1,200 dpi or 2,540/1,270 dpi, while the optional variable high-resolution function can provide resolutions of up to 10,000 dpi in the fast scan direction.
With ±0.005 mm repeatability, the systems feature optical fiber and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Plate loading options include manual loading as well as SCL Single Cassette and MCL-8 Multiple Cassette automatic loading systems. The MCL-8 system provides a total capacity of 400 plates, with 4 cassettes holding 100 plates each.
An automatic slip paper collection bin and bridge to the processor are included as standard, while the internal punching system is available as an optional feature.
