T1600M Series CTP Machine
T1600MF / T1600MV / T1600MX / UV1600MX Large-Format CTP Systems
The T1600MF, T1600MV, T1600MX, and UV1600MX are external drum CTP systems designed for high-precision imaging of large-format printing plates. Featuring different laser technologies and production capacities, the series provides solutions for various printing requirements, with processing speeds ranging from 19 to 28 plates per hour, depending on the model.
Supporting plate sizes of up to 1680 × 1350 mm, the systems accommodate plate thicknesses ranging from 0.25 to 0.40 mm. In addition to standard resolution options, the optional variable high-resolution mode supports resolutions of up to 10,000 dpi in the fast scan direction.
With a repeatability of ±0.005 mm, the T1600 series delivers precise and consistent imaging performance. The systems support both manual loading and automatic single cassette loading. USB 2.0, USB 3.0, optical fiber, and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options allow integration into various production environments.
The optional internal punching system supports up to four sets of plate holes. The punching system is not supported on the T1600MV model.
