T1600SF / T1600SV / T1600SX / U1600SX Large-Format CTP Systems
The T1600SF, T1600SV, T1600SX, and U1600SX are external drum CTP systems designed for high-precision imaging of large-format printing plates. Featuring different laser technologies and output speeds, the series offers solutions for various production requirements, with processing capacities ranging from 23 to 33 plates per hour, depending on the model.
The systems support plate sizes of up to 1470 × 1180 mm and standard plate thicknesses of 0.15–0.30 mm, with an optional thickness range of 0.25–0.40 mm.
The T1600SF features standard dual resolution options and an optional variable high-resolution mode of up to 10,000 dpi, delivering precise imaging performance. The T1600SV incorporates a 128-channel laser system and USB connectivity options to accommodate different operational requirements.
With a repeatability of ±0.005 mm, the systems support both manual loading and automatic single cassette loading. Optical fiber and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity facilitate integration into production workflows.
