T1880 Series CTP Machine
The T1880QF, T1880QV, and T1880QX are external-drum CTP systems designed for high-format plate imaging applications. Featuring an 830 nm laser imaging system, they deliver precise and consistent imaging performance for demanding prepress workflows.
The three models offer different production capacities to accommodate varying operational requirements. The T1880QF processes up to 17 plates per hour, the T1880QV up to 20 plates per hour, and the T1880QX up to 24 plates per hour. Supporting plate sizes of up to 1880 × 1370 mm, the systems accommodate plate thicknesses ranging from 0.25 to 0.4 mm.
Standard dual-resolution capabilities, optional high-resolution configurations, and ±0.005 mm repeatability contribute to reliable imaging accuracy. With manual plate loading and optical fiber/Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, the systems can be integrated into professional prepress production environments.
