T400Q Series CTP Machine
T400QF, T400QV and T400QX CTP Systems
The T400QF, T400QV, and T400QX are external drum CTP systems designed for high-precision plate imaging and exposure. Equipped with 830 nm laser imaging technology, these models offer processing speeds of 50, 60, and 70 plates per hour, respectively.
Supporting plate sizes ranging from 300 × 300 mm to 800 × 660 mm and plate thicknesses from 0.15 to 0.30 mm, the systems provide flexible solutions for various production requirements.
Standard resolution options include 2,400/1,200 dpi and optional 2,540/1,270 dpi. The optional variable high-resolution mode supports resolutions of up to 10,000 dpi in the fast scan direction. With a repeatability of ±0.005 mm, the systems deliver precise and consistent imaging performance.
The T400 series supports both manual plate loading and an automatic single cassette system with a capacity of 100 plates. Optical fiber and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity are supported. An automatic slip paper collection bin and bridge to the processor are included as standard, while the internal punching system is available as an optional feature.
